With Robert Griffin III now a member of the Browns and the Jets reportedly no longer interested, it appears Colin Kaepernick will either be a member of the Broncos or remain with the 49ers for the 2016 season.
According to NFL Media, the Jets are no longer pursuing a trade for Kaepernick, despite a stalemate with free agent Ryan Fitzpatrick. That would leave the Broncos as Kaepernick's last suitor.

The Broncos brought in Mark Sanchez to compete for the starting job, but coach Gary Kubiak said Tuesday the team isn't finished adding quarterbacks. If the reigning Super Bowl champions want Kaepernick, it will cost them a second-round pick (63rd overall).
The Niners are trying to deal Kaepernick and his $11.9 million salary before it becomes fully guaranteed on April 1, but they will not cut him if they can't trade him, coach Chip Kelly said on Wednesday.

Kelly, who said earlier this month he would love to have Kaepernick, reiterated Wednesday his support for the quarterback, who is rehabbing from three different surgeries since November.
"It's not like his skill set diminished," Kelly said. "He didn't fall off, he got hurt. Let's get him healthy."
