Someone may want to give Colin Cowherd the hook.
The sports radio gasbag has made a career out of being very loud, and sometimes, very wrong.
Case in point: Monday's edition of "The Herd," which featured Cowherd incorrectly identifying boxing legend (and noted pigeon lover) Mike Tyson as dead while riffing on Josh Allen and the Bills. (He is very much alive.)

"6-6, their best runner, huge arm. More than any quarterback this weekend, he is throwing the ball over the top, any opportunity he gets, almost to a fault. That's why Buffalo reminds me of the late Mike Tyson, they'll have a knockout punch, always, as long as Josh Allen's there."

Maybe Cowherd misspoke, and meant the late-career Tyson. To that end, there's not a whole lot of late-career Mike Tyson to sample.
In his last 10 fights — all after the infamous Evander Holyfield ear bite in 1997 — he recorded two knockouts. The first came in 1999 vs. Francois Botha, and the second in 2003 against Clifford Etienne.
On the other hand (no pun intended), Tyson was knocked out twice in the same span. So, either the Bills are comparable to a dead boxer, or they're comparable to a washed boxer. Either isn't great.
After all, Cowherd is used to missing the mark on takes. Just consider his "Lamar Jackson is Tim Tebow 2.0" whopper from 2018.
Today, Cowherd was smugly pretending like he was on the Lamar Jackson bandwagon from Day 1.

Whatever the case may be, this a miss by Cowherd. Mike Tyson is very much alive and well. The same can't be said about "The Herd's" TV ratings, though.
