For the third time in the last five years, Kansas City is getting a Super Bowl parade.
The Chiefs are champions of the NFL — again. Patrick Mahomes & Co. emerged victorious in Las Vegas, as Kansas City defeated San Francisco, 25-22, in overtime at Super Bowl 58 in Las Vegas.
The win marks the fourth Super Bowl in Chiefs franchise history and the third in the Mahomes era.
So what's next? A proper celebration, of course! Before the offseason officially begins for the champs, a Super Bowl parade is on deck.

When is the Chiefs Super Bowl parade?

- Start time: 11 a.m. CT (12 p.m. ET)
The streets of Kansas City are going to be filled with love, confetti and alcohol this Valentine's Day. Mayor Quinton Lucas declared Wednesday, Feb. 14, as parade day for the Super Bowl win.

The parade will kick off at 11 a.m. local time, followed by a victory rally at Union Station at 12:45 p.m.
Chiefs parade route
The Chiefs will follow almost the same parade route as last year, starting at 6th Street the Kansas City River Market and ending at Pershing Road in front of Union Station. The one difference? The parade will not go through City Market.
Last year's route mirrored that of the Super Bowl parade in 2020, so Kansas City is sticking with tradition.

Wednesday's weather should be great for a parade in Kansas City. The Weather Channel forecasts a high of 63 degrees with sunshine and some clouds. There is only a slight chance of precipitation, with winds expected to be around 10-15 mph.
