The Chiefs are heading back to the Super Bowl for the fourth time in the past five seasons.

Kansas City took down the top-seeded Ravens in Baltimore in Sunday's AFC championship game, setting the stage for a matchup against the 49ers for the second time in four years. The Chiefs topped the 49ers 31-20 in Super Bowl 54.

With Patrick Mahomes once again leading the way, the Chiefs have a chance to become the first back-to-back Super Bowl winner since the 2004-05 Patriots.
