Two AFC rivals will meet in Week 17 for a matchup with major playoff implications. The Chiefs will host the Bengals on New Year's Eve.

The Chiefs are the leader in the AFC West standings by two games, so they could capture the division crown with a win on Sunday. With a 9-6 record this season, Kansas City would be the No. 3 seed in the AFC if the season ended today.

The Bengals are 8-7 and on the bubble. Four other teams in the AFC — the Jaguars, Colts, Texans and Steelers — are also 8-7, setting the stage for a wild finish.

Can Kansas City get yet another AFC West title? Or will Cincinnati pull off an upset on the road?
