For any Lions fans who hoped Calvin Johnson might be considering a comeback, forget it — he is standing firm with his decision to retire.
While at his "Catching Dreams" football camp in Michigan on Saturday, the former Lions receiver told the Detroit Free Press that he "made his own decision," and isn't returning to the NFL.

"You don't see what (players) do on and off the field," Johnson said. "There's a lot of factors that play into how long they play. A lot of times it's mind, but your body can only do so much."
Johnson, 30, decided to retire in March after nine seasons in the NFL. "Megatron" was widely considered the best receiver in the league over the past decade, and shocked many when he decided to walk away near the top of his game.

"There's a time where you are content with what you did and I'm content with what I did," Johnson said.
