Raise your hand if you had Joe Flacco vs. C.J. Stroud on your NFL Playoffs B-I-N-G-O card at the start of the season.

Two incredible stories come to a head on wild-card weekend as the resurgent Browns, on their fourth quarterback of the season, travel to Houston to take on rookie QB-coach tandem C.J. Stroud and DeMeco Ryans.

The Browns entered the season toted by some as a dark-horse AFC contender thanks to a deep, talented roster. Then Nick Chubb went down. As did DeShaun Watson. In all, the Browns have 14 current players and a league-high 38 percent of their salary cap on injured reserve, per Spotrac.

After Watson went down, the Browns turned to P.J. Walker and Dorian Thompson-Robinson before eventually landing on Joe Flacco, who went from the couch to QB1 for a playoff contender literally overnight. The 38-year-old Flacco, who started four games for the Jets in 2022, went 4-1 and threw 13 touchdowns while averaging a career-high 323.2 pass yards per game. He'll be making his first playoff start since 2014 with the Ravens.

Naturally, the most fitting Round 1 opponent for the steely veteran is a rookie.

Stroud, the second-overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, led the Texans to a "win-and-in" Week 18 game on the road against the Colts, capping a regular season in which he exceeded all expectations. Stroud showed remarkable poise as a rookie, throwing just five interceptions and avoiding the careless mistakes that so often plague rookie starting quarterbacks.

Can Stroud lead the Texans to their first playoff win since 2019, or will Flacco continue his Disney-esque storybook season? Here's everything you need to know about how to watch Browns at Texans.
