It looks like the Browns front office will start its new year by looking for a new head coach.
The Browns are expected to fire coach Mike Pettine following Sunday's regular season finale, according to NFL Media.

In speaking with multiple sources, there's a sense within the #Browns org that Sunday will be the last time Mike Pettine coaches the team.

Pettine's Browns are 3-12 this season and just 10-21 overall since he took over in 2014. He is the eighth head coach since the team was reinstated back in 1999.
If the Browns do get rid of Pettine after Sunday's game, it would come a little less than two years after he was hired by the team in January 2014. Pettine told reporters on Thursday that if he returned to Cleveland, he'd likely have some turnover in his staff.
"If I were to stay here, it would be hard to justify keeping the staff completely together, and there likely would have to be some changes made, but I won't get into specifics," Pettine said Thursday (via Cleveland.com).
