Bills wide receiver Percy Harvin didn't travel with the team to London "for personal reasons" and isn't expected to be available Sunday against the Jaguars.
Harvin, second on the team with 218 yards on 19 catches and one TD, has been dealing with a lingering hip injury and didn't play Sunday against the Bengals, but coach Rex Ryan said Wednesday the wide receiver's absence as "non-injury related."

"He's pretty much excused for personal reasons, so I'll just leave it at that," Ryan said.
ESPN reported that Harvin wasn't expected to play against the Jaguars because of the hip injury.
Harvin was one of four players who didn't travel with the team. Running back Karlos Williams (concussion), starting right tackle Seantrel Henderson (concussion) and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (left knee) also aren't expected to play Sunday, Ryan said.
According to ESPN, quarterback Tyrod Taylor (knee) and wide receiver Sammy Watkins (ankle) traveled with the team to London, but Ryan didn't provide an update on their status for Sunday's game.
