Bills fans just can’t catch a break.
With the regular season just days away, news broke Wednesday that Bills offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson is appealing a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.

According to ESPN, the suspension is related to a treatment he received for his Crohn’s disease.

Henderson, who admitted to having marijuana issues while in college at Miami, started all 16 games as a rookie in 2014, but that number dropped to 10 last season and he’s listed as a backup on the current depth chart. He can continue to play during the appeal process.

Buffalo has already lost defensive tackle Marcell Dareus to a four-game suspension and released Karlos Williams after he was handed an equal punishment. Additionally, rookie first-rounder Shaq Lawson is expected to miss the bulk of the season after shoulder surgery, and linebacker Reggie Ragland suffered a season-ending ACL injury in early August.
