With the 37th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Bill Belichick's dog selected Kyle Duggar, safety, Lenoir-Rhyne University.

The Patriots traded back on Thursday from the No. 23 pick in the first round, so the 37th pick on Friday was the first look into the draft rooms of Patriots decision-makers. After ESPN showed that the Patriots' pick was in, the broadcast switched to a split-screen between Belichick and Nick Caserio, New England's director of player personnel.

Caserio was shown with his family. The screen for Belichick showed a dog sitting on a chair behind two laptops. A new insight into the "Patriot Way" or a grade-A troll job by Belichick? Either way, Belichick's dog, an Alaskan Klee Kai named Nike, looks to be a good dog.

The internet, of course, had jokes.
