The Giants and 49ers will meet in San Francisco's 2023 home opener on "Thursday Night Football" (8:15 p.m. ET, Amazon Prime) to open NFL Week 3. As always, TNF brings us several interesting player props to consider on SuperDraft.

It's easy to get in on the action. If you successfully hit on two player props, you get 3x return. That exponentially grows all the way to 100x return for parlaying eight correct picks together at much longer odds.

Best Giants-49ers prop bets: SuperDraft player prop picks for Week 3 TNF

*10x potential payout if users parlay all four correct picks

1. Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers — OVER 81.5 rushing yards

McCaffrey leads the NFL with 268 rushing yards in two games, but he has just 36 receiving yards. He's also gotten a league-high 42 carries while averaging 6.4 yards per attempt. The Giants couldn't stop James Conner much on the road in Arizona last week, letting him hit the century mark. Don't be surprised if CMC hits this number on one long-scoring run. Barring mid-game injury, cha-ching.

2. George Kittle, TE, 49ers — OVER 42.5 receiving yards

The Giants' defense wasn't great against the tight end last season, and it allowed the Cardinals' combination of Zach Ertz and Trey McBride to put up eight catches for 88 yards on 11 targets last time out. So far, Kittle has just six catches for 49 yards in two games, seeing a total of nine targets, but with Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) ailing and the Giants' having a little better coverage outside, Kittle can smash to break out in prime time.

3. Parris Campbell, WR, Giants — OVER 27.5 receiving yards

The Giants are spreading the ball around as expected to multiple wide receivers when Daniel Jones isn't looking to tight end Darren Waller. Waller can be effective, but then again, there's Fred Warner there to limit his damage. The 49ers are weakest in coverage vs. the slot and allowed Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell to produce well last week. Campbell caught four-of-six targets for 21 yards last week when the Giants faced a huge negative game script. He can bump that up to at least 30 yards to make us happy.

4. Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers  — OVER 4.5 receptions

Deebo hasn't gone off yet, but he had six receptions in Week 1 and five more in Week 2, although it has added up to only 118 yards so far. With Aiyuk ailing and seeing perhaps limited snaps, Samuel is a good bet to be busy as the 49ers move him around vs. the Giants' coverage.
