Best Bills-Giants prop bets Week 6: James Cook, Darren Waller highlight our top parlay picks image

In the nightcap of Sunday's Week 6 slate, the Bills host the Daniel Jones-less Giants in a game that projects to be one of the more lopsided contests of the day. For NFL DFS players and prop bettors seeking alternative ways to get action down outside of traditional side and total bets, SuperDraft's Fantasy Props feature is the perfect solution to spice up your Sunday night.

SuperDraft users can win 3X the amount wagered if their two-legged player prop parlay hits. Consequently, the more legs you add to your player prop parlay, the larger your potential payout becomes, but as the long odds indicate, completing a clean sweep is challenging. If you were to put down a $20 entry fee and all four of our props below hit, you'd get a $200 payout.

Below, we'll break down four of our favorite SuperDraft player props for Sunday night's Bills-Giants contest. Users don't necessarily have to parlay all four picks together, though. Instead, you could make separate multi-leg parlays to increase your win probability or attempt to hit it big if all four picks come through.

Best Bills-Giants prop bets: SuperDraft player prop picks for Week 6

*10x potential payout if users parlay all four correct picks

1. James Cook, RB, Bills — OVER 59.5 rushing yards

Cook was bottled up by a stout Jaguars rush defense in Week 5 (five carries, -4 yards), but he's a prime bounce-back candidate against Giants defense that struggles to stop the run. Entering Week 6, the Giants rank 25th in rush success rate (43.6%), and they've been one of the weaker rush defenses on a down-to-down basis.

Cook's seen reliable volume in Buffalo's three wins this season, averaging close to 15 carries per game and 83.3 rushing yards in those wins. In a game we expect Buffalo to control from the opening kick, this number is more than doable.

2. Darren Waller, TE, Giants — OVER 39.5 receiving yards

Waller had his best game as a Giant in last week's 31-16 loss to the Dolphins, and in a game that could follow a similar script with the Giants sitting as two-plus touchdown underdogs, look for their most talented pass catcher to pad the stat sheet.

The drop-off from Jones to backup Tyrod Taylor isn't very pronounced. With the Giants likely playing from behind for most of the game, we could see Taylor attempt over 30 passes. Last week, Waller saw 11 targets in a negative game script, resulting in eight catches for 86 yards. It's possible he could have another high-target night this week.

3. Gabe Davis, WR, Bills — OVER 42.5 receiving yards

We expect plenty of offensive success from the Bills tonight, both through the air and on the ground, making Davis' receiving yardage prop an intriguing wager. Buffalo draws a juicy matchup against a New York defense that ranks 30th in dropback EPA (0.166), consistently struggling to keep the league's most potent offenses in check.

Given Davis' big-play ability (15.7 aDOT; 10th among WRs), it might only take a couple of receptions to reach this number. Davis has gone OVER 42.5 receiving yards in three of his past four games, and against one of the weakest pass defenses in the league, we like his chances of continuing his strong play.

4. Tyler Bass, K, Bills — OVER 7.5 kicking points

Coinciding with a strong offensive showing from Buffalo, we'll back Tyler Bass to record eight-plus kicking points tonight. Bass has done his job when asked upon, draining all nine field goal attempts this season, and in a game we think the Bills could score 30-plus in, we like his chances of making two plus-field goals along with two-plus extra points.

While rain is expected in the forecast tonight, wind won't be much of a factor, so Bass shouldn't have worries there. Bank of one of the game's most consistent legs to do his thing to help the Bills build a big lead.
