Can anyone stop the San Francisco 49ers? At 5-0, this team looks even scarier than the regular season juggernauts they've been in recent years with an impressive blend of dominance in all three phases. Beating this team requires more than a perfect storm, something that the Browns probably hoped the weather would help provide on Sunday.
But the forecast has cleared up for the most part, with only a light rain and showers threatening to impact this contest. Can the Browns pull off an unlikely upset or does San Fran keep it rolling? No matter what you think might happen, we know that SuperDraft is poised to offer up some profitable bets for our liking to make some money in Week 6.
SuperDraft users can win 3X the amount wagered if their two-legged player prop parlay hits. If all four of the props below hit, users will win 10x their entry. In other words, a $20 entry fee will yield a $200 payout. the more legs you add to your player prop parlay, the larger your potential payout becomes, but as the long odds indicate, completing a clean sweep is challenging.
Users don't necessarily have to parlay all four picks together, though. Instead, you could make separate two-legged parlays to increase your win probability or attempt to hit it big if all three picks come through.

Best 49ers-Browns prop bets: SuperDraft player prop picks for Week 6
*10x potential payout if users parlay all four correct picks
1. Amari Cooper, WR, Browns — OVER 41.5 receiving yards
Things look bleak for the Browns heading into Week 6. They have a quarterback that is starting after being on the practice squad since QB1 seems prepared to be sidelined for quite some time. Oh and it's only the 49ers on the other sideline this week. Easy, right? P.J. Walker is going to get a taste of NFL action again and while that might seem like bad news for Cooper, it could be worse. For example, Walker loved to target his top receiver in Carolina last season, D.J. Moore. He averaged eight targets per game in six games with Walker as the starter. Odds are, the game script won't be very positive for Cleveland in this one, meaning we should expect Cooper to get the Moore treatment in Week 6. There's some value here. Take the OVER.

2. Brandon Aiyuk, WR, 49ers — OVER 4 receptions
Aiyuk has at least four receptions in three of the four games he's played this season, averaging just under seven targets per game. The receiver seems to be a favorite of Brock Purdy's, always finding a way to be open at the right time. Kyle Shanahan likes to run the ball on offense, but this Cleveland defense will be ready for that. Against a dominant unit, expect Shanahan to zig while everyone else zags, keeping the Browns off balance and keeping Aiyuk involved heavily on a week-to-week basis.
3. Jerome Ford, RB, Browns — UNDER 36.5 rushing points
Since taking over as the Browns' RB1, Ford has eclipsed this number just once in four tries. He hasn't been the league winner that many fantasy managers hoped for and he hasn't been the gold mine that bettors hoped for either. Cleveland is feeling the loss of Nick Chubb and doesn't seem like they're any closer to finding someone capable of producing at a high level yet. With Kareem Hunt and Pierre Strong Jr. also taking carries away from the running back, we don't like Ford's chances of going over against this dominant San Francisco front that will force the Browns to throw all afternoon. Don't forget, this is the same 49ers' team that shut down the Cowboys' solid rushing attack last week thanks to a blowout.

4. Brock Purdy, QB, 49ers — OVER 26.5 pass attempts
For a team that likes to run and hasn't played many close games in 2023, Purdy sure does throw the ball a lot. Despite going over this number in just two of the team's five games, Purdy has hovered around this number every week. He's averaging 27.2 attempts per game this season and could be forced to throw more to try and slow down a dominant Browns' defensive front. Like we said with Aiyuk, we believe Shanahan will throw the ball to set up the run, rather than the other way around.
