While Jay Gruden has watched his team's defense get walked over in back-to-back matchups against NFC East rivals, having allowed 32 to the Eagles and 31 to the Cowboys, Matt Nagy's defense has looked its dominant 2018 self, allowing just a total of 24 points to the Packers and Broncos, the latter of whom the Bears beat for a 16-14 win.

The Redskins will have a chance to get back on track after its slow start to the season, but history is not exactly on its side. Washington has never faced the Bears on "Monday Night Football." However, FedEx Field does not like it when the television cameras turn to Washington D.C. The Redskins hold a 2-16 record on "Monday Night Football" at home since FedEx Field opened in 1997.
No team has lost more at home on ESPN's turn to air football.
But Case Keenum has Washington's offense off to a solid start, having completed 56 of 81 pass attempts for 601 yards and five touchdowns. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin has emerged as a legit downfield threat in a receiving corp that has played well this season.
