If you didn't watch "The Andy Griffith Show" growing up, you missed out on a lot of important life lessons. Luckily, Cam Newton received one from the Mayberry sheriff after his postgame media shenanigans.
Newton is admittedly a sore loser. Apparently, so was little Opie Taylor in the TV show. One Facebook user found the perfect clip and Photoshopped Newton's face over Opie's.

In the scene, Andy was giving Opie some advice about how to take a loss. It fits perfectly with the commentary surrounding Newton right now.

Oh, and if you never heard Andy Griffith's "What it was, was football" sketch, you should probably give it a listen. It's a classic.
