It looks like Alex Mack is tired of not knowing whose hands will be under his backside on a weekly basis.
The three-time Pro Bowl center voided the final three years of his contract with Cleveland on Wednesday and will now hit free agency, according to multiple reports.

Mack tried to skip town two years ago when he signed a five-year, $42 million deal with the Jaguars, but the Browns had placed the transition tag on Mack, allowing them the opportunity to match Jacksonville’s offer. Mack's eventual deal with Cleveland — which included an opt-out clause added by the Browns — made him the highest-paid center in the league.
However, reports indicate a return to the Browns is not out of the question for Mack. Still just 30 years old, Mack can once again become the top-paid player at his position.
