Aaron Rodgers is getting his dancing shoes shined up.
Just days after the Packers quarterback (and teammate Davante Adams) shared images of Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen a la "The Last Dance," it sounds like Rodgers is taking the dance floor this Tuesday at Packers training camp.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that sources close to Rodgers say that the expectation is that the quarterback is set to report to training camp this week, which should put an end to Rodgers' "uncertain future" in Green Bay.
#Packers QB Aaron Rodgers has indicated to people close to him that he does plan to play for GB this season, sources say. That is the expectation. Many factors at play, but with GM Brian Gutekunst saying he is “hopeful” for a positive outcome, there is a glimmer of optimism.

Rapoport said that the decision to report to training camp is something that's arisen in the past 24 hours, meaning Rodgers supposedly didn't really make a decision on his future until some point Sunday, if Rapoport's information is solid.
The seeming near conclusion of the months-long saga between Rodgers and the Packers had no clear genesis and, apparently, no clear resolution outside of the reigning MVP set to take the field. Some reports indicated that Rodgers had rejected a big-money contract extension to remain with Green Bay, while others say he had big beef with the front office.
Either way, it looks as though the 2021 season may be the last dance with Rodgers in Green Bay. His contract situation coupled with the offseason drama and the drafting of Jordan Love could lead to a more graceful exit next year — but who really knows with this guy?
Plenty of people, from Rodgers' own teammates to NFL analysts, had plenty of reaction to the news that Rodgers is potentially suiting up in green and gold again.
Wow. Guess we aren’t “close people” @AaronRodgers12 https://t.co/314T3RFFzq

You knew Aaron Rodgers was going to show up; much in the same way I knew my six-year-old was going to come around even after she had a temper tantrum and said she wasn't going to go to Disneyland. https://t.co/xxJaGsCbaq

Maybe Rodgers has a big investment in sports talk radio and just wanted to give them something to talk about for the past 3 months.
