Let's take a look at their dating timeline.
July 2012
Rodgers and Patrick met at the 2012 ESPYs.
"We’ve just been sort of friends the whole time, kept in vague touch and seen each other at the ESPYs almost every year, and other places,” Patrick said in a 2018 interview with For The Win. “So one thing led to another, and we realized how similar we were, and yeah, that got the ball rolling."
January 2018
Patrick confirmed her relationship with Rodgers on Jan. 15.
"Yes, Aaron and I are dating," Patrick said in an interview with The Associated Press.
Rodgers split from actress Olivia Munn in 2017 after three years of dating, and Patrick ended a five-year relationship with fellow NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in November 2017.
February 2018
Rodgers and Patrick made their first public appearance as a couple at the Daytona 500.
Cameras caught Rodgers giving Patrick a good-luck kiss before the last NASCAR race of her career.
July 2018
Patrick went on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and dished on hosting the ESPYs, meeting the Dalai Lama with Rodgers and becoming a Packers fan.
She grew up a Chicago Bears fan in Illinois.
“The hardest thing is I grew up right on the state line of Wisconsin,” she said to Kimmel. “I was born in Wisconsin but we lived in Illinois, so my dad grew up with all Packers fans. What he says is I’m not against the Packers, I’m against the Packers fans. So I don’t know what that really means because now I’m a Packers fan. I guess we'll have to talk about that.”
The pair attended the ESPYs — the place where it all began — together.
As Patrick made history as the first woman to host the ESPYs, Rodgers stole the show with a surprise cameo in her parody of "I, Tonya."
October 2018
Rodgers publicly confessed his love for Patrick in Artful Magazine.
"We're just two people who enjoy being around each other and love each other," Rodgers said. "We're really into each other. So there are going to be [social media] posts with each other because we enjoy each other's company a lot. We’re really attracted to each other."

November 2018
Patrick grabbed headlines by praising Rodgers while seemingly dissing her ex-boyfriend Stenhouse in an interview with Graham Bensinger:
"I finally found someone who pays for things. That’s never happened, ever. … I mean, I would buy dinner most of the time. It was super uncomfortable in the beginning with Aaron to have him paying for things, because it was so out of the norm for me. …
"It’s just a pattern. I had to break that pattern of like, 'I got it. Let me take care of you.' That’s how I do it. But I think it’s also good because no one’s really done that for him either, and so we both do stuff. But yes, he pays for most things."
March 2019
Rodgers surprised Patrick with a trip to Paris to celebrate her 37th birthday.
April 2019
Cameras caught a Bucks fan buying Patrick a drink as she sat courtside with Rodgers (who owns a small piece of the NBA franchise) during Milwaukee's 116-91 victory over the Celtics on April 9.
Things got a bit awkward when the former NASCAR driver attempted to pay:

Possible marriage?
Are there wedding bells on the horizon for the couple?
Patrick, who has been married once before, seems to think so.
“I mean, I would hope that’s the intention. Look, there’s no guarantees in life, but as long as you have that intention, that’s what matters, right?” Patrick said in an August interview with E! News.
July 2020 — Breakup
Patrick and Rodgers have ended their relationship after two years.
Danica's rep confirmed to E! News that she and Rodgers are "no longer together."
