The 49ers and Rams will face off in a NFC West divisional matchup between two 1-0 teams Sunday.

San Francisco looked like world-beaters in its Week 1 win over the Steelers, routing Pittsburgh 30-7 to open the season. The 49ers defense picked up right where it left off last season, only allowing one touchdown and 239 yards of total offense in the victory.

Starting quarterback Brock Purdy looked solid in his return from offseason elbow surgery, throwing for 220 yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions. Christian McCaffrey dominated on the ground, rushing for 152 yards and one touchdown to set the tone for San Francisco's offense.

The Rams were responsible for one of the more shocking results in Week 1, handling the Seahawks 30-13 in Seattle. Starting quarterback Matthew Stafford looked fully healthy in his first game back from an injury-riddled 2022 campaign, throwing for 334 yards with a 63.2 completion percentage.

Now, these two familiar foes will face off with the hopes of remaining perfect through the first two weeks of the season.
