The Atlanta Falcons have dedicated their last four first-round picks to the offensive side of the ball, so many fans won't want to hear about a potential fifth-straight year of ignoring their defensive deficiencies. But, if the Falcons decide to go all-in with Cousins in 2025, they could pair an elite receiver with receivers Drake London and Darnell Mooney to push the offense into the elite conversation. The best way to get a look at the best receivers in next year's draft is to look at which receivers are up for one of the most prestigious college football awards outside of the Heisman Memorial Trophy. Without further ado, here are the ten wide receivers that made the Maxwell Award Watchlist:
Tetairoa McMillan, Junior, Arizona
#Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan (6-5, 210)

Tall, long striding target. A+ range and body control. Some similarities to Drake London coming out of USC. pic.twitter.com/Z8LHsPoAOc
Tory Horton, Senior, Colorado State
Tory Horton, WR @CSUFootball

6'2" 190, SR
🔸Team Captain
🔸Natural Strider with post quick twitch (575 YAC)
🔸Earned Senior Bowl Invite in 2023
🔸My brain goes to Addison / Jeudy for a play-style
We haven't had a Non-Power 5 Wide Receiver drafted in the first round since Corey… pic.twitter.com/icFqtFVBeu
Jordan Moore, Senior, Duke
#C2C Sleeper Spotlight: #Duke WR Jordan Moore has an intriguing backstory.

Came in as a QB in '21, switched to WR in '22 to get on the field & earned 60 tgts in his 1st szn, including 36 over the last 3 wks. Only scratching the surface of his potential.
14/199/1 vs Pitt ⤵️ pic.twitter.com/UAWLIJF3PU
Kyren Lacy, Senior, LSU
LSU WR #2 Kyren Lacy has a great All-Around skillset and is starting to gain some traction in the 2025 WR draft class. Very underrated after the catch for his size as well!

Xavier Restrepo, Senior, Miami
Doing prep work on the 2025 draft class at WR, and Xavier Restrepo from Miami (FL) is someone I really like.

Crafty slot who’s explosive off the snap, a twitchy route runner and tremendous after the catch. Just a 2.0% drop rate last year — he’s legit. pic.twitter.com/Wj4G1iBqW0
Luther Burden, Junior, Missouri
#Missouri WR Luther Burden III is incredibly explosive and slippery after the catch, turning modest gains into highlight reel runs.

It’s clear Mizzou puts him in positions to create YAC and he took full advantage against LSU. A star in the making that performs every week. pic.twitter.com/HvslCm0x2M
Emeka Egbuka, Senior, Ohio State
#OhioState WR Emeka Egbuka (# 2). 6’1 205.

• Alignment versatility.
• Creating space at the top of routes ++.
• Attacks & finds space vs zone.
• Excellent releases off the line. pic.twitter.com/xTUUrNBuCz
Tez Johnson, Senior, Oregon
Oregon’s Tez Johnson is a quick-twitched space receiver. Isolating him against a linebacker is so evil lol.

Dude had no chance of covering Tez! pic.twitter.com/m7Na9cdA2d
Elic Ayomanor, Sophomore, Stanford
Stanford WR Elic Ayomanor's football IQ and advanced release package showed up consistently vs Colorado. Needs to improve on his consistency, but there's shades of Michael Thomas to his game pic.twitter.com/JOlVxIMiiY

Ricky White, Senior, UNLV
Get to know #UNLV WR Ricky White

Impressive hands due to good hand-eye coordination, ball tracking, extension and body control to attack the ball in front of his frame, catch the ball through contest resulting in good play strength with good ability to adjust mid-route for passes… pic.twitter.com/nEWuQARQok
