The 2024 season is almost here, and the Jets look to recapture the hype they had going into the 2023 season before Aaron Rodgers' Week 1 Achilles injury.

New York made key additions in free agency and the draft to shore up positions of need, including four new offensive linemen (Morgan Moses, Tyron Smith, John Simpson and Olu Fashanu) and wide receivers Mike Williams and Malachi Corley. The hope for the Jets is they can build on the minute successes of their 7-10 season with a healthy Rodgers under center and new pieces across the roster.

The NFL will release the full slate of 2024 regular season games on May 15, according to reports. However, we already know who the Jets will face this season due to where they finished in the AFC East as well as the rotation of divisions for their docket.

New York will face the third-place teams in the AFC as well as the entire AFC South and NFC West. By virtue of these opponents, we also know the Jets have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL next season.

The Jets have a very favorable home schedule this season. While they'll face four teams who made the postseason and won at least 10 games this past season, those matches will be in the friendly confines of MetLife Stadium. The Jets also won't have to travel to Los Angeles, Seattle or Denver to face the Rams, Seahawks and Broncos, respectively.

Here are the Jets' home opponents for the 2024 NFL season:

Jets 2024 road opponents

The Jets' away schedule is also relatively easy considering who they'll face on the road. New York takes on the Titans, Cardinals and Vikings — three teams likely in a rebuilding mode. The Steelers went 10-7 but have two new quarterbacks under center and a lot of changes across the roster.

Apart from the AFC East games, the hardest teams for the Jets on the road will be in San Francisco against the 49ers and in Jacksonville against the Jaguars.
