In his final non-football act of the summer, New York Jets' quarterback Aaron Rodgers rallied on Sunday at the 2024 American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament.

The 40-year-old field general shot a 1-under par 71 and scored enough points to crack the Top 15 on the final leaderboard. Over the three-day tournament, Rodgers totaled 46 points in the modified Stableford scoring format.

Buoyed by a 22-point final-round performance, Rodgers rose from 24th place to 15th place. He finished one point in front of a three-way tie for 16th place featuring Gold Jacket wide receiver Tim Brown, Hall-of-Fame baseball catcher Joe Mauer and recently-retired quarterback Matt Ryan.

In 2023, Rodgers led all NFL players (past and present) by posting a fifth-place finish — the annual participant's best ever at the championship tournament.

Former American tennis star Mardy Fish won the 2024 title by scoring 83 points. Carolina Panthers' wide receiver Adam Thielen was the highest-finishing NFL-affiliated entrant in seventh place with 58 points.

Rodgers, a four-time NFL MVP, shot par or better on 15 of 18 holes during Sunday's round. He birdied the last two holes after a double bogey on 16. The Jets' QB1 notched an eagle on Hole 4 and added three birdies on the back nine.

In an interview with NBC, which carried live coverage of the 54-hole celebrity event, Rodgers said the ACC marks the end to his summer. Jets' veterans are due to report to training camp on July 23 in Florham Park.
