The New York Giants (1-2) turn around on a short week to host the Dallas Cowboys (1-2) at MetLife Stadium on Thursday night.
Coming off their first win of the season in a road upset over the Cleveland Browns, the Giants finally showed some life on both sides of the ball. The Daniel Jones and Malik Nabers connection was strong while the pass rush led by Dexter Lawrence and Brian Burns wreaked havoc.
After dominating the Browns in Week 1, the Cowboys lost their next two games to the New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens.
The Cowboys have dominated the series against the Giants, having gone 13-1 over their last 14 meetings. The Giants haven't beaten Dak Prescott since the 2016 season.
We'll make any updates to this if either team makes changes to their injury reports Thursday, but these are the players with injury designations for the Week 4 matchup.
Giants vs. Cowboys Week 4: Full injury designations
New York Giants injury report
Out
- CB Adoree' Jackson (calf)
- CB Andru Phillips (calf)
Being down two cornerbacks will be even tougher sledding for the Giants defense against Prescott and CeeDee Lamb. Phillips has been fantastic to begin his career so this is certainly a big blow to Shane Bowen's unit.
Questionable
- WR Darius Slayton (thumb)
Slayton was listed as limited all week with the thumb injury he picked up during the Week 3 win over the Browns so he's likely a true game-time decision.
No Designation
- DT Dexter Lawrence (foot)
- CB Nick McCloud (knee)
- LB Micah McFadden (back)
- OL Jermaine Eluemunor (thumb)
- C John Michael Schmitz (neck)
McCloud was the only player with question marks this week and even though he was listed as limited, the Giants feel confident enough to take him off the injury report.
Dallas Cowboys injury report
Doubtful
- S Markquese Bell (ankle)
- CB Caelen Carson (shoulder)
Neither player practiced this week, but they are the only two with injury designations going into the Thursday night matchup.
No Designation
- CB Trevon Diggs (foot)
- DB C.J. Godwin (personal)
- WR CeeDee Lamb (ankle)
- DE Demarcus Lawrence (shoulder)
- DT Mazi Smith (back)
- TE John Stephens Jr. (hamstring)
