The New Orleans Saints are a boring team. Their quarterback is boring, their head coach is boring, and their team as a whole lacks any sort of flare.
Now, even their biggest weakness ahead of the 2024 season is boring.
CBS NFL analyst Jared Dubin gave his thoughts on every team’s biggest weakness, and said the Saints’ offensive line is New Orleans’ biggest question mark.
“The Saints have some pretty big questions up front given the health issues for Ryan Ramczyk,” Dubin wrote. “Are they going to start both Trevor Penning and Taliese Fuaga if he can't go, and what's up at left guard?”
The Saints’ offense was 17th in success rate in 2023. And when you take away garbage time plays, the Saints were 22nd in the NFL in EPA per play offensively. That said, they play in an NFC South that is still very up in the air and they could very well host a playoff game off the strength of their defense alone.
