The New England Patriots have looked like one of the worst offenses in the league through three weeks, and the offensive line has been their biggest problem.

Heading into the offseason, Eliot Wolf had to do something to address at least one tackle position with Trent Brown leaving in free agency.

However, signing Chukwuma Okorafor and drafting Caedan Wallace with the expectation that one of the two right tackles would be able to make the switch to the left side hasn't worked out yet.

That's why many are projecting the Patriots to use their first-round pick in 2025 on an offensive lineman.

In a recent mock draft for Sports Illustrated, Cory Kinnan had New England securing the No. 2 overall pick next year and using it on Texas Longhorns offensive tackle Kelvin Banks Jr.

For this mock draft, the Patriots had the pick of any player not named Travis Hunter, as the Carolina Panthers took him with the top pick.

ESPN's Jordan Reid broke down his play in a social media post a few months back.

Banks appeared in 27 games in his first two years at Texas, earning Second-team All-Big 12 honors in 2022 and First-team honors in 2023.

Until New England gets their offensive line squared away, it won't matter who's throwing the ball out there because they won't have time to get rid of it anyway.
