While the roast of former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was a night full of laughs, there were some moments of tension and awkward feelings.

On the "Games With Names" podcast, former Patriots Drew Bledsoe and Julian Edelman shared just how it felt in the green room when Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft were there together.

"The tension in that room could cut (expletive) glass," Edelman said. "It was so awkward."

Belichick added to the tension on stage when he called the Patriots' Apple TV docuseries a roast of the coach.

While comedian Kevin Hart got Belichick and Kraft together on stage, the whole thing felt very uncomfortable with the coach looking like he didn't want to be there at all.

It will be interesting to see how they react to Brady's ceremony at Gillette Stadium in June.
