The New England Patriots have been working hard during their organized team activities with the hopes of getting better before the season starts.

Two guys who have been working extra hard have been rookie wideouts Ja'Lynn Polk and Javon Baker. After the three open OTA sessions, both wideouts have been seen staying late on the practice fields next to Gillette Stadium.

Polk and Baker have even caught the attention of veteran wideout K.J. Osborn, who the Patriots signed from the Minnesota Vikings this offseason.

"Those guys are eager to learn," Osborn said this week. "They're very talented but very eager to learn. They're one of the first ones here. You see them working after, no matter how late they have to stay. I'm one of the last ones out, and I still see those guys in the building grinding. Every day they take what they learn on the film, and they try to apply it here on the field."

New England's lack of offensive talent has been one of the biggest talking points this year, but if Polk and Baker continue to work like this, they have a good chance to prove doubters wrong.
