On Sunday, the NFL world learned that New England Patriots defensive lineman Christian Barmore has been diagnosed with blood clots, which is why he's missed the last few training camp sessions.

The team announced that there's no timetable for his return to the football field and that everyone's just focused on his health.

Late Sunday night, Barmore, on his birthday, took to social media to share a message for his fans.

The defensive lineman has been one of the most exciting players to watch in New England since he was selected in the second round of the 2021 NFL draft out of Alabama.

Hopefully, along with the the help of the amazing medical teams in the area, he's able to make a full recovery and get back to his normal life quickly.
