During the first four rounds of the 2024 NFL draft, the New England Patriots added two offensive linemen to their roster, selecting Penn State's Caedan Wallace and Texas A&M's Layden Robinson.

Without a solidified starter at left tackle and questions about Cole Strange's health and ability at left guard, there are some, including ESPN's Mike Reiss, who have questioned whether or not Wallace and Robinson could be the two starters to the left of David Andrews when the regular season begins.

At the team's rookie minicamp over the weekend, that's exactly how the two lineup up. And, apparently, they're not just spending time together on the field. There's a genuine bond between the two rookies.

"That's my dude," Wallace said about Robinson after Saturday's session. "We started texting right after the draft, and then, honestly, we've been inseparable since we got out here. That's my guy. We walk around together, we eat together, study plays together. It's really cool being with him."

It's always great to have a teammate to work, study and relax with to make this transition easier, and if those two are doing everything together away from the field, they should be in-sync on it.
