The Minnesota Vikings have made their sixth selection of the 2024 NFL Draft by taking Wake Forest center Michael Jurgens with the 230th pick in round seven.
Jurgens was a three year starter for the Demon Deacons but is likely to stick at center in the NFL. He is a capable enough athlete for the position and does a good job in looking for work.
What he doesn't have is a lot of core strength which impacts his ability to hold himself at the point of attack. This feels like a Garrett Bradbury pick, which is not necessarily what Vikings fans will want to hear.
