The Minnesota Vikings are already scheduled to host a home game in London as a part of the International Series. Could they end up playing two games overseas? It happened in 2023 and the Vikings could be the next team to do so.

Last season, the Jacksonville Jaguars were slated to host a game in London, which they beat the Atlanta Falcons 23-7 on October 1st. They stayed in London for a week and played a road game against the Buffalo Bills and beat them by a score of 25-20.

The idea of staying in London derives from East Coast and West Coast teams traveling across the country to play a team on the opposite coast. Occasionally, the NFL will schedule back-to-back road games for them which will allow the team to stay on the coast for the entire week.

Could the Vikings be the next team to wade into those waters? It's definitely possible, as they are set to host a game in London and face the Jaguars on the road. It would be a long time to be overseas, but not having to do international travel before and directly after a single game could be a benefit for the Vikings.
