The Minnesota Vikings announced on Tuesday afternoon that they have signed CB Duke Shelley.

The Vikings needed to bring in another talented player at cornerback and they got one in Shelley. He played with the Vikings in 2022 where he became a fan favorite quickly, including a PBU in overtime against the Buffalo Bills.

After the 2022 season, the Vikings failed to re-sign Shelley and allowed him to leave in free agency. He signed a one-year contract with the Las Vegas Raiders but was released and played in 11 games with the Los Angeles Rams.

Shelley will take the spot of Khyree Jackson on the roster and will be given the opportunity to earn playing time at cornerback.
