The Minnesota Vikings have begun to report to training camp, bringing a true beginning to the 2024 season. Rookies were set to report on Sunday afternoon with the veterans set to report on Tuesday, July 23rd. The Vikings officially signed both edge rusher Dallas Turner and quarterback J.J. McCarthy to their rookie contracts upon their arrival at training camp.
On Monday morning, the Vikings sent out a press release confirming 38 players have reported to training camp.

The list is mostly rookies with a few second-year players, quarterbacks and injured players mixed in. Both Asamoah and Bynum are intriguing names on the list. They are both at the end of their rookie contracts with the former being on the roster bubble and the latter being a prime extension candidate.
The Vikings are going to be hitting the practice field for the first time on Wednesday afternoon with head coach Kevin O'Connell speaking before they take the field.
