Pro Football Focus placed two Los Angeles Rams players on their list of the best players over 30: QB Matthew Stafford and WR Cooper Kupp. Neither of those names should come as a surprise, given their contributions on the field over the last several years and talent.

On Matthew Stafford:

"Stafford battled injuries in 2022, and his two-year grade takes a hit because of that. But when healthy, Stafford is arguably the best quarterback in the NFL north of 30 years old. In his past two healthy seasons, including his Super Bowl-winning 2021 year, Stafford has racked up 84 big-time throws."

Stafford was the highest-ranked quarterback on the list and one of two (Kirk Cousins) in the top 15 players.

Here is what PFF had to say about WR Cooper Kupp:

"Kupp battled injuries all season in 2023 and earned just a 71.1 PFF receiving grade. That shouldn't take away from his accomplishments in 2021, when he led the Rams to a Super Bowl, but there are concerns he might never get back to the receiver he once was."

Kupp was the fourth-ranked wide receiver on PFF's list, behind Tyreek Hill, Davante Adams, and Keenan Allen.

Had Aaron Donald not retired, he would have also have made the list, likely at the number-one spot.

The Rams depend on Stafford and Kupp staying healthy, simultaneously a good sign about their ability and a bad sign given their age and durability concerns.
