The Los Angeles Chargers have navigated the 2024 NFL Draft quite well through the first three rounds, adding Joe Alt, Ladd McConkey and Junior Colson to the roster.

The team has six more picks on Day 3 of the selection process. Here is how that could turn out for the team.

NFL DRAFT RANKINGS: QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | EDGE

Round 4- Pick No. 105: T.J. Tampa, CB, Iowa State

T.J. Tampa is one of the best players still on the board and this would be tremendous value at this point. The Chargers added Kristian Fulton through free agency but still need more help in the secondary.

Round 5- Pick No. 137: Jamari Thrash, WR, Louisville

More great value here. The Chargers went into this draft needing help at the wide receiver spot. If they could come away with McConkey and Jamari Thrash, that would be a huge win.

Round 5- Pick No. 140: M.J. Devonshire, CB, Pittsburgh

Just like wide receiver, the Chargers decide to double up at the cornerback position. M.J. Devonshire adds good back-end value and can help on special teams.

Round 6- Pick No. 181: Drake Nugent, C, Michigan

There is still uncertainty at center despite the addition of Bradley Bozeman this offseason. Jim Harbaugh sees a chance to grab another Wolverine and he takes it.

Round 7- Pick No. 225: Jaden Crumedy, DT, Mississippi State

Jaden Crumedy was a four-year starter in college and looking for as much value as he can get down this far, Joe Hortiz sides with an experienced player to place on the D-Line.

Round 7- Pick No. 253: Daijun Edwards, RB, Georgia

The Chargers may consider a running back sooner than this but Daijun Edwards at this spot is certainly worth the dart throw. The team added a good portion of the Ravens' starting backfield last year this offseason but they need more juice back there and Edwards provides that. He could be good enough to be RB3 right out of the gate.
