Los Angeles Chargers 2024 schedule: When will it be released? image

Jim Harbaugh's first season as head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers will be filled with intrigue and that will only ramp up after the team came away with a solid draft class

While we know who the Chargers will play in the 2024 season, it will be exciting to see when they take on each opponent, and who knows, maybe they'll kick off the season against the defending champs. Because of the Harbaugh factor, the Chargers could be seen as an enticing opponent for the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1.

There are rumblings that the league could release the schedule for the coming season next week and maybe even on Thursday, May 9. That is by no means confirmed, but something to keep tabs on. Last season, the schedule was released on May 11, also a Thursday.

As a reminder, here are the teams that the Chargers will play this coming season:

Home: Denver, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Baltimore, Cincinnati, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Tennessee

Away: Denver, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Carolina, New England, Arizona

According to EDS Football, the Chargers could see a favorable schedule this year, as their ranks have the team facing the sixth-easiest slate in the league.

Once the schedule is released, we will have extensive coverage here, including game-by-game picks for the upcoming season.
