If the Las Vegas Raiders are going to take that next step to being a playoff team in 2024, they're going to need more from their offense, which struggled in 2023 and figures to be the team's biggest weakness this coming season.

The reason for that is the quarterback situation, where things are uncertain. Las Vegas currently has a battle between Gardner Minshew and Aidan O'Connell, but neither is guaranteed to be enough to put the Raiders over the top. We should note, however, that both signal-callers nearly led their teams to the playoffs in 2023.

On the other side of the ball, the Raiders are ascending after a very strong finish to last season. Las Vegas will look to build on that and adding defensive lineman Christian Wilkins will greatly help that cause.

With a little under three months to go before the start of the 2024 campaign, we're taking a crack at predicting which Raiders will lead the team in every major stat category, along with our shot-in-the-dark projection for what they'll finish with.
