The contract details for the Las Vegas Raiders' signing of veteran wide receiver Jalen Guyton are in, which also gives us an updated look at the team's salary cap space.

According to Over The Cap, Guyton's one-year deal is worth a base of $1.125 million and includes a signing bonus of $31,500 and a per-game roster bonus of $136,000. His cap hit comes in at just $1.08 million.

With that contract officially on the books, the Raiders are sitting with $15.04 million in effective cap space (the cap space a team will have after signing at least 51 players and its projected rookie class to its roster), also per Over The Cap.

That figure will go down, though, as the contract for offensive lineman Andrus Peat has not been added yet. But let's say Peat accounts for a cap hit of around $4 million in 2024, that would leave Las Vegas with a shade over $11 million.

That doesn't exactly leave a ton of room for more additions, although the Raiders can get creative if they want to make one big splash in the immediate future, like at cornerback, for example.

However, I tend to believe it'll be little moves from here on out, if any, so don't go looking for Las Vegas to add a big-named cornerback, for example.

Whatever the case may be, the Raiders are set to have much more financial flexibility after June 1, when the money from quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo's contract comes off the books. That will open up about $24 million for the Raiders to spend on any late-offseason acquisitions they want to make.
