As the NFL world continues to wait on a conclusion to the Davante Adams trade saga, the Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver might be dropping hints on where he's going to land on social media, and it could be the Baltimore Ravens.
Adams requested a trade from the Raiders earlier this week and reportedly has a list of places he'd be willing to go. One of those destinations is the Ravens, and speculation is heating up that he could be going there.
That's because Adams made multiple Edgar Allan Poe posts on Instagram Friday. Of course, the Ravens' name is inspired by Poe's famous poem, The Raven.
First, Adams posted a picture of the writer to his Instagram story, and then a quote from him that read, "Believe nothing you hear and half of what you hear."

At this point, Ravens fans are almost convinced he's going to Baltimore. If that does not happen, he's going to have a lot of new enemies.
Along with the Ravens, Adams is reportedly willing to play for or has drawn interest from the New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys.
The Jets are reportedly at the top of his list because he wants to reunite with former teammate and quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but Adams ending up there will depend upon the offer New York has, as the Raiders aren't just going to blindly oblige and send him there if it isn't the best they can get.
New Orleans is near the top of Adams' list because of another former teammate, quarterback Derek Carr, who he played with in college and with the Raiders.
Whether or not Adams actually ends up with Baltimore remains to be seen, but it's something to consider after what the star wideout posted on social media on Friday.
