It's a good thing the Las Vegas Raiders didn't draft Brock Bowers to win a dance competition, because they'd be in big trouble.
As is customary, the Raiders held a dance-off at the end of practice on Friday and it pitted two rookies against one another: Bowers and 2024 fifth-round pick and linebacker, Tommy Eichenberg.
Eichenberg wasn't great in his own right, but he was definitely more active with his legs. Bowers, on the other hand... I'm not really sure what to say about the rookie tight end. Both players should seek out lessons from fellow rookie back, Dylan Laube, to be quite honest.

I don't know what that was, but I can confirm it's not good.
As bad as Bowers was in the dance-off, he's been the exact opposite on the football field. Bowers has 15 catches for 156 yards over his first two games and has been smashing all sorts of records, both NFL and franchise.
Meanwhile, Eichenberg has been quiet and just made his NFL debut last week. He didn't record a stat in 21 special teams snaps and didn't play on defense.
Bowers and Eichenberg will look to put their dance troubles behind them when the Raiders welcome the Carolina Panthers — who play football as well as Bowers and Eichenberg dance — to Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 22, with kickoff set for 4:05 p.m. ET. It will also be Las Vegas' home opener.
