In what was the most casual of of greatness from Kansas City Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes as the All-Pro quarterback made one of the most ridiculous passes in preseason history look ridiculously easy. During a preseason game against the Detroit Lions, Mahomes flipped a behind-the-back pass to Travis Kelce on third down to pick up the first. The play from first sight looked almost busted but quickly turned into magic as Mahomes adjusted and his go to receiver in Kelce made the play

When Mahomes was asked about the incredible play it was revealed that Kelce had ultimately run the wrong route and that he had thrown it behind his back out of spite for his long time target.

Kelce clapped back in of course a friendly and jovial manner, blaming Mahomes voice for the busted play. "You know he's got that voice thing"

This of course all in good fun, but it does become quite scary to think that these kind of plays are just casual fun for two of the greatest to ever do it. The big question that remains is, will we see the behind-the-back pass during the regular season?
