On Tuesday, the Kansas City Chiefs' rookies will report to training camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Mo. That includes first-round speed receiver Xavier Worthy from Texas, and new offensive tackle Kingsley Suamataia from BYU, and TCU tight end Jared Wiley, selected in the third round.

So, it would make sense that Patrick Mahomes is pretty excited about it.

Veterans will report to camp on Saturday, July 20. The preseason kicks off on Saturday, August 10, when the Chiefs travel to Jacksonville to meet the Jaguars. The Chiefs will attempt to become the first team in the Super Bowl era to win three straight championships.
