Back-up defensive lineman on Chiefs had a seizure in a meeting, went into cardiac arrest image

The Kansas City Chiefs had a backup defensive lineman have a medical emergency during a special teams meeting on Thursday. According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the currently unnamed player had a seizure during the meeting and went into cardiac arrest.

Luckily for the player, the team's medical staff worked quickly and an ambulance was called. The unnamed player is currently in stable condition.

Thursday was supposed to have practice open to the media, but the team has canceled that and moved it back to Friday.
