The Indianapolis Colts and the Pittsburgh Steelers enter their Week 4 clash each coming off their first win of the season.
While the Colts are likely feeling as though they're heading in the right direction after their first victory, the Steelers are one of the few undefeated teams in the NFL.
With Anthony Richardson struggling to play consistent football, the Steelers have surprisingly gotten some very steady play out of Justin Fields, who may be taking over the starting role from the injured Russell Wilson (calf).
Colts vs. Steelers Week 4 betting odds, final prediction
Despite being at home in what should be a low-scoring affair, the Colts find themselves as underdogs in their own house.
BetMGM predicts Pittsburgh to continue its winning streak with a victory at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis this Sunday, favoring the Steelers by 1.5 points.
Spread | Over/Under Total | Moneyline | |
Steelers | -1.5 (-110) | 40 (-110) | -125 |
Colts | +1.5 (-110) | 40 (-110) | +105 |
Pittsburgh has yet to win a game by more than 10 points, and its season-high scoring mark is just 20 points, which came last week against the Los Angeles Chargers.
All three of the Colts games have been decided by six or fewer points, and Indianapolis has scored at least 20 points in two of its three contests. With that in mind, the over/under total scoring line is set at 40 points.
As of this writing, BetMGM's "winning team model" predicts the Steelers to win this game straight up with 62.3% confidence. The model also predicts the Steelers to cover the 1.5-point spread with 59% confidence.
On the other hand, Caesar's Sportsbook is actually projecting the Colts as 2.5-point favorites on their home turf, with a total over/under set at 39.5 points. 65% of Caesar's bettors have picked Indianapolis to cover the spread and hand Pittsburgh its first loss.
