The Indianapolis Colts (1-2) will host the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-0) at Lucas Oil Stadium fresh off their first win of the season.
The Colts are dealing with some big injuries on both sides of the ball on the final injury report. They ruled out two starting defensive players and could be without two starting offensive linemen as well. That's in addition to not have Samson Ebukam, DeForest Buckner and JuJu Brents as well.
The Colts may have avoided the dreaded 0-3 start, but the Steelers enter this matchup as one of the few undefeated teams in the NFL. They've done so on the back of a stout defense and some timely plays from Justin Fields, who has taken over for the injured Russell Wilson.
The struggles of Anthony Richardson have been well do-umented this season, and his task won't get any easier against a Steelers defense that has routinely gotten after the quarterback.
We'll make any updates to this if either team makes changes to their injury reports Saturday, but these are the players with injury designations for the Week 4 matchup.
Colts vs. Steelers Week 4: Full injury designations
Indianapolis Colts
Out
- DE Kwity Paye (quadriceps)
- CB Kenny Moore II (hip)
These two were ruled out on Friday after not practice all week. They picked up their injuries during the Week 3 win over the Chicago Bears. Their absences will mean a great deal against a Steelers offensive that wants to run the ball.
Questionable
- C Ryan Kelly (neck)
- RT Braden Smith (knee)
- DE Tyquan Lewis (calf, wrist)
- CB Chris Lammons (knee, ankle)
Kelly and Smith are the big names to watch here. Kelly was added to the injury report Thursday and didn't practice the final two days of the week. Meanwhile, Smith practiced Thursday but didn't practice Friday so it's unclear whether he suffered a setback. Lewis was a full participant Wednesday but didn't practice Thursday or Friday. Lammons was a full participant Friday so he should play.
No Designation
- LB Grant Stuard (heel)
Gay was on the injury report with a new quad injury, but he practiced in full twice to end the week. Downs will make his much-anticipated season-debut after battling an ankle sprain he suffered in training camp. Kelly and Smith didn't practice on Friday, but both are expected to play, barring a change in their statuses.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Out
- RB Jaylen Warren (knee)
- DE Alex Highsmith (groin)
- TE MyCole Pruitt (knee)
Warren has been more of a change-of-pace back to Najee Harris than expected this season so the latter will see a big workload Sunday. Not having Highsmith is a big deal for the Steelers defense, but they still have T.J. Watt.
Doubtful
- G Isaac Seumalo (pectoral)
The starting left guard practiced for the first time this season since suffering an injury in late August. He's not expected to play, however.
Questionable
- QB Russell Wilson (calf)
Though Wilson was brought in to be the starter this offseason, a calf injury has allowed Justin Fields to take over as QB1. It may have allowed Fields to earn the job outright considering Pittsburgh's undefeated record.
No Designation
- WR Roman Wilson (ankle)
- WR Van Jefferson (eye)
- S DeShon Elliott (quadriceps)
