When the Indianapolis Colts broke minicamp earlier this month, starting quarterback Anthony Richardson was on the sideline.

Dealing with some soreness in his surgically repaired throwing shoulder during the final two days of minicamp, the Colts decided to take it easy with their budding star.

Of course, this sent factions of Colts fans into a frenzy. It's not hard to blame them after dealing with a different franchise quarterback's shoulder issues.

However, Richardson's shoulder looks just fine after some recent workout videos show the electric 22-year-old slinging the rock with ease.

Shoulder soreness is a typical symptom for quarterbacks after surgery even months down the road. Richardson may look as though he's carved out of marble, but the muscles and ligaments still need to get conditioned to throwing at high volume.

General manager Chris Ballard confirmed earlier this week that Richardson will be a full-go at training camp, which echoes everything the team said at the end of minicamp when they downplayed the severity of the shoulder soreness.

There's still a month to go before training camp arrives, but it looks like Richardson is close to looking like himself.
