The Diggs brothers will both play in Texas in 2024.

Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs couldn't contain his excitement on social media after he found out his older brother, wide receiver Stefon Diggs, was headed to the Texans in a trade from the Bills.

He posted three tweets soon after reports of the trade were revealed. Two posts were simply emojis and the final one had the words, "3 #1's is crazy" — likely a reference to Houston's trio of receivers in Diggs, Nico Collins and Tank Dell.

If both Diggs brothers are healthy this year, it'll be the first time they've faced off in an NFL game against each other. Houston will play on the road against Dallas the some point in 2024, although the official schedule has yet to be revealed.

The Bills played the Cowboys in 2023, but the younger Diggs was on injured reserve with a torn ACL. It's unclear when he'll be ready to return to the field, though, and if his return will line up with when Dallas plays Houston. But that means fans could see Diggs vs. Diggs in real life.

In the meantime, the brothers will get to enjoy living in closer proximity to each other for the first time since their time in Maryland. The elder Diggs is five years older and played high school at Good Counsel in Olney, Maryland, and college football at Maryland. The younger Diggs played at The Avalon School in Wheaton, Maryland and college football at Alabama.

One thing this could mean, too, is more Aaidan Diggs with his father and uncle.
