The 2024 National Football League regular season finally is almost here.
The Baltimore Ravens and reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs will kick off the new season on Thursday night. The Green Bay Packers won't have to wait too long to kick off their season as they will begin it on Friday in historic fashion in Brazil against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Both the Packers and Eagles are considered to be two of the top contenders in the NFC heading into the new campaign, so it should be an exciting clash in Brazil. Green Bay and Philadelphia's Week 1 matchup will be the first National Football League regular-season game ever to be played in South America.
With the new season coming, that also means there will be plenty of betting action in areas where it has been legalized.
Here are the Packers vs. Eagles odds, moneyline, over/under:
Date: Friday, September 6th @ 8:15 p.m. ET
Spread: Eagles (-2.5)
Moneyline: Eagles (-144); Packers (+122)
Over/under: 49 1/2

These odds show that it's expected to be a high-scoring affair in Brazil on Friday night with Philadelphia slightly favored to win the clash against the Packers. Based on these odds, if you were to place a $144 wager down on the Eagles' moneyline and they won the game, you would win $100. On the flip side, if you bet $100 on the Packers to win and they came out victorious, you would win $122.
