The Denver Broncos have found their guy and though Sean Payton may drag it out a little longer, the quarterback competition is over. Bo Nix is going to be the starting quarterback and Jarrett Stidham and Zach Wilson are fighting to see who is the backup.
Nix, getting the start against the Green Bay Packers in the team's second preseason game, went 8-of-9 passing for 80 yards with a touchdown pass. He threw another touchdown that was nullified by a penalty because he was beyond the line of scrimmage, but the play he made was still terrific.

Nix has continued a stellar run in the preseason which should land him as the team's starting quarterback.
Bo Nix is leading the Broncos to points
Nix saw two series and the Broncos scored points on both, a field goal and a touchdown. For the preseason, Nix has led the Broncos to points on six of seven drives. That is an incredible number and one that Broncos fans are not used to seeing.
Nix looks the part. He is the guy that Broncos Country has been waiting for and even if it is the preseason, it seems obvious that things are going in a different direction.
Rejoice Broncos Country, you have your guy.
